Palantzas Napoleon

He was born in Paleokastro, Elassona, in 1962. He studied Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is married to the teacher Despina Manousiou and they have two children, Raphaelia and Vassilis.
